This salmon came out tender and so flavorful!
Preheat your oven to 350.
Just chop up some cilantro and in a bowl mix it with two tablespoons of mayo, just from one lime, 1/2 tablespoon of onion powder (I always use Atlantic Spice onion powder - there is no pic of it on the site, but trust me - you won't regret it if you buy some! Get the garlic powder too!), and salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.


Spread it on top and the sides of your fish!

Fry it up for two minutes on the stove

Then into the oven for 12 minutes, then plate it and serve!

Separate it up on your plate, and coat it in more sauce if you like!
